TIME TO RECONNECT AS A FAMILY

Sarah Joyce and her family started to experience domestic violence in 2012. What started as emotional abuse, soon lead to domestic violence towards Sarah and her four children, Nevaeh (7), Nephi (6), Nakai (3) & Nyah (16 mths).

Sarah left the relationship which meant all costs for the family fell on her. She currently works full-time, with most of her wage going towards childcare, day-to-day living and raising her kids.

We sent Sarah and her four kids on their first ever holiday in December 2018.

Sarah shared it was the first time the family was able to reconnect after leaving the relationship, as she had been working 24/7 to try and make ends meet since they left. She now looks forward to going home and to continue building as a family.

During their in Lorne they stayed at the beautiful Mantra Lorne. They also visited the Lorne Sea Baths, climbed the Otway Fly Treetop Adventures & explored the Great Ocean Road Wildlife Park.
