Join us as we officially launch Holidays of Hope and hear directly from some of the families whose stories fill its pages.
They’ll be joined by Magical Getaway Foundation Ambassadors Kat Stewart and Steven Bradbury, OAM for a special evening celebrating the families, their stories and the hope that can come from something as simple as time away together.
Food and drinks will be provided.
This collection of real life stories is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, the importance of time with family and the difference an act of kindness can make.

About the book
Real families. Real stories. And the moments that changed something.
Holidays of Hope takes you inside the deeply personal journeys of families who have experienced financial hardship, serious illness, family violence, homelessness, trauma and profound grief, and were given the chance to take their first-ever family getaway.
Each chapter is told by a recipient, sharing what that time together meant for their family and what they carried home with them.
Compiled by MGF Founder and Director Rosemary Teed, Holidays of Hope is ultimately a book about family, resilience, kindness and new beginnings.
